As we get into the warmer weather I would like to introduce my approach to this blog. I want to focus on 4 areas each month.

  • Value
  • Innovation
  • Community Culture

Wellness will cover our FIT foods, healthier beverages and super foods.

Value in the foods we serve, our Culinary Café lunch on Tuesdays at $8 is a great value or our great meeting packages.

Innovation in our new menu items and great service.

Community/Culture in relation to sustainability, local farms, spotlight on ethnic cuisine and local partnerships.
