Subject:  Danielle Huddleston’s College Graduation Party

Dear Wendy:

This letter is long over due.  You and your staff provided the most beautiful, warm, loving College Graduation Party for our daughter Danielle.  From the moment I first stepped into the Conference Center to discuss the party I knew I was truly in for a memorable experience.  You immediately started to gather information about Danielle and within minutes came up with the perfect theme.  Since Danielle majored in Global and Multi National studies with a Spanish minor and had traveled extensively during her college years, you came up with a great Spanish Theme.

You further brought in the Chef and developed the most mouth watering scrumptious menu.  From the tapas appetizers, the paella, the pork to the decadent desserts I couldn’t have been happier.  You continued to tweak the arrangements up until the day of the party.  This also included your suggestion of a cookie, made with the ZTA crest (Danielle’s sorority) to be handed out as favors at the end of the party.  What a hit with all the guests.

I have to tell you when I walked into the dining area the day of the party I almost cried at how beautiful the place looked.  Every detail from the flowers to the color of the table clothes to maracas on the table was well thought out and delivered with what can only be described as love and care.  This was only the beginning of a wonderful day.  The food was outrageously delicious.  The comments I heard were “This is the best kept secret in Jersey City”, “The food here is better than the 4 Seasons” “How did you find this place”. 

Your staff is not only wonderful, but loving and made the guests feel welcome and no task was too tough for them.  There were some younger guests (between 4 years and 9 years old) who were picky eaters and your staff went above and beyond by providing them with chicken and fries even though provisions were made for pizza.  I couldn’t believe it and when I mentioned to your staff that they didn’t have to do provide the chicken and fries, they simply stated that they wanted everyone to have a memorable experience.  WOW!!!

I can honestly say that you and your staff have the gift of hospitality and the fact that each and everyone person loves what they do for a living shines through.  I left after every meeting with you with the feeling that I just left a long time friend or family member who truly took the time to listen and understand my needs.  You are truly a gift from God and I can’t thank you enough for all you did for Danielle and my family.
