Our culinary experience at the Center takes gourmet delights and group dining to the next level. Our uniqueness lies in our fresh ingredients, exquisite preparation and professional culinary craft. From our customized refreshment breaks to our world class sit down meals, each experience will be memorable.

FLIK's culinary building blocks start with an emphasis on the quality of menu ingredients. These ingredients, coupled with creative menu writing, culminate in artistically prepared and presented food to enhance the meeting experience.Executive Chef Richard Low is currently a 12-year employee of FLIK, and his accomplishments include graduating from The Culinary Institute of America, working with 2002 Olympic Culinary Teams, and serving as the Executive Chef at NBC in Manhattan.
